Greetings from the Indonesia Sustainable Finance Initiative (IKBI) and CDP Science Based Target Campaign.

You are cordially invited to participate in the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Roundtable for Southeast Asian Finance Institutions on 29 November 2022, 16:00-17:30 GMT+8.

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) recently launched a new framework for financial institutions to set science-based targets to align their lending and investment activities with the Paris Agreement. This roundtable will provide an overview of the three target-setting methodologies currently supported by SBTi. This will be followed by an introduction to the temperature ratings methodology and dataset which helps financial institutions to translate target ambitions of their portfolio companies into °C temperature scores using climate scenarios.
